During the second implementation period of the TO CARE MED project a dedicated group of experts jointly activated by Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and CERC has been actively working to support the development of project activities.
The expert group coordinated its work through regular meetings, fostering continuous exchange and collaboration. These sessions were instrumental in preparing educational resources focused on key project themes, including ecotourism, tourism carrying capacity, and action planning methodologies.
In parallel, the group contributed to a shared reflection on a joint ecotourism strategy, aligning knowledge and approaches across partners and strengthening the transnational dimension of the project.
This collaborative effort supports the broader objectives of the project, which aims to enhance sustainable tourism management by promoting knowledge transfer, capacity building, and coordinated planning across Mediterranean destinations.
